FREE SHIPPING to UK customers on all orders over £75 +VAT (offer does not apply to wholesale orders) orders below this value will be charged £4.50 shipping.

Items received by 12noon are shipped same day by Royal Mail 24hr tracked. Shipping takes normally 24hrs to the UK mainland but can take upto 48hrs or slightly longer for Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. we cannot guarantee delivery within 24hrs

WORLDWIDE shipping by Royal Mail AIR or AIRSURE, delivery times vary by country. Costs are calculated by weight of goods. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you enter payment detail. WHOLESALE shipping costs calculated by weight and delivery location.

Channel Islands
We are unable to process refunds of VAT to Channel Islands customers. Whereas we have processed returns in the past it takes around 45 mins to process through all of of our accounts.

Wholesale EU customers
We can supply DDP or DAP. We have excellent EU VAT processing capability with our partner UPS so we can either charge VAT and delivery with duty paid or charge 0 VAT and supply to your customs for local VAT payment

If you have changed your mind on the product you have ordered, please return it in its unused state and original packaging within 30days of receipt to:

What is the minimum order quantity?
To qualify as a wholesale customer you will need to have a regular demand for our products and there is a minimum order quantity value of £220 per order excl VAT. Wholesale customers should order a minimum of 6 times per year.

Is VAT included in the price?
VAT is included but a breakdown shown at checkout.

What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery is Free of Charge for UK customers

Do you have any marketing materials or point of sale information?
Yes we can provide you with posters, standup cards, flyers an hi resolution images.

Do you have an image library?
Yes, let us know which images you would like and we will send you access to the image library.

We maintain a 12month warranty for manufacturing faults. Please send a photo and email to admin@onegreenbottle.com and give details of your order number or the name the product was ordered under and a description of the fault. If we need you to return the items we will send you a prepaid returns form. We cannot cover damage through excessive wear and tear.
